You read that right. I re-upped EVERY SINGLE TRACK I HAVE EVER POSTED. I put them all on rapidshare, so they'll never expire. Use the links in the Previous Posts and Archives sections (on the lower right side of this page) to browse through all of Get Stoopid and download any tracks you missed! If you're new to bay area rap then welcome and enjoy, this is the hyphy movement. Heres todays slumps:

Furious (feat. The Team) - Go
Off Furious' album 'Breaking Point'. Furious' flow is pretty average, but he got Team for the chorus and they help out a lot, lending their whispery vocals. The beat itself is suprisingly dope: soaring saw synths, orientalist vocal sample, harsh new york style clap. Not a bad little blap.

Western Conference (feat. Federation) - Everything
Rick Rock SLAPPER. This is some MAINY shit. Bassy, assembly line kicks n toms off the same tip as the Da Dummy beat. The synths are just insane, underwater frequencies bubblin up nonstop, with myriad synthy 8-bit videogame progressions sliding out of the mix. Goldie Gold rips apart the chorus. You might recognize Western Conference from their song, "P World". They're not the best lyricists, but they got some catchy shit. Shit is so videogamey I love it. Certified hyphy slapper.

More shit coming soon.

Oh my god ... it's that northern cali king of slappers!

For real man, now seems like an appropriate time to thank you once again for bringing that bay shit worldwide ... I'd never hear half of this stuff if it weren't for you, and probably neither would most of the rest of the world. And with that 40 Water single going to MTV soon and the Bay fittin' to blow, this seems like a great time to give everyone one more chance to get educated.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to cop these two new joints you posted, because they both sound real dope to me.

Oh shit, one more thing I meant to ask ... I usually don't direct link to MP3's from MP3 blogs because I understand bandwidth constraints, but since you're using rapidshare for these, if I direct link them it won't do you no harm will it? Because I planned on posting sorta like a mix of my favorite tracks you posted, but I don't want to kill your bandwidth man ...

dont worry about it, go ahead and use the same links. its better that you do, rapidshare links actually will expire if they havent been used in the past 30 days. so the more people using the same links the better.

Sounds like a plan Jayo, I'll keep the bay love comin'. haha, it'll be interesting to see what song stays alive the longest ...

Startin' to really feel that Western Confrence song, too ... it lacks a real clear hook, but it's a grower ...

Well, now that everyone has access to all the songs once more, it seems like a perfect time to list favorites ... what's everyone here felt the most? These are my top 5 favorites:

1. Kinsmoke, "On One"
2. The Team, "It's Gettin' Hot (Remix)"
3. E-40, "Da Dummy"
4. The Team, "Patron"/"Just Go"
5. EA-Ski, "Club Talk"

haha, I know, pretty much everyone was feeling those joints, but whatever, that's my favorite shit from this year.
